Reopening its doors for the season, Parga Beach Resort invites its guests to discover the destination during a gourmet getaway this summer.

Located on Greece’s tranquil west coast, the luxury resort has launched a new ultra-all-inclusive base, offering a hassle-free escape with access to all three gourmet restaurants and bars. Plus, guests can learn the secrets of Greek cuisine under the watchful eye of the chef in a bespoke cooking class, returning home not only with wonderful memories, but also with honed new cooking skills.

Food is at the heart of Parga, and each of the resort’s restaurants offers authentic and nutritious dining experiences, incorporating the freshest ingredients and prioritizing local producers.

New for 2022, the beachfront restaurant Alselēa will serve an upscale menu of modern Mediterranean cuisine. Inspired by the ancient Greek poet Homer and its prime location, the name derives from “als” meaning sea and “elea” meaning olive. Here, guests can enjoy stunning views of Valtos Beach while savoring fine dining at its finest, paired with a selection of Mediterranean wines.

After sipping and savoring the best the region has to offer, learn the secrets of Greek cuisine in a dedicated workshop with the resort’s chef. Suitable for all ages and abilities, choose from a variety of themed classes, whether it’s mastering the flavors of a classic moussaka or perfecting tzatziki.

Guests are then invited to taste their creations during a private dinner on the beach or in the verdant gardens. A stone’s throw from the quaint town centre, venture down the cobbled streets and explore traditional tavernas and quirky shops.

Those looking for a more active adventure can embark on guided hikes and bike rides in the scenic surroundings or ride across the waves in yachts and kayaks.

Travelers can fly in Atikon Airport (PVK), a short transfer to the station. While those looking for a flight-free vacation can travel by boat to Igoumenitsa, the terminus for ferries from Italy, just a 45-minute drive from the resort.

Rooms start from EUR140 (around £117) per night in low season, to book and for more information visit: https://www.pargabeachresort.gr/
